These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of AccuRaik ("Service", "Platform", "AccuRaik", "we", "our", or "us").

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

AccuRaik provides AI-powered accounting automation tools, including but not limited to:

  • Invoice data extraction (OCR)
  • Bank statement conversion
  • Spreadsheet exports
  • Tally-compatible exports
  • Accounting workflow automation
  • Related business productivity tools

Features may change, be added, modified, or discontinued at any time.

3. Eligibility

To use AccuRaik, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Have authority to enter into a legally binding agreement
  • Provide accurate registration information
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • Restricting access to your account
  • All activities conducted under your account

You must immediately notify us if you suspect unauthorized account access.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for unlawful purposes
  • Upload content you do not have the legal right to process
  • Attempt to reverse engineer or copy the Service
  • Interfere with platform security or performance
  • Upload malware, viruses, or harmful code
  • Use automated scraping tools without written permission
  • Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service without authorization
  • Violate intellectual property rights of any third party

6. Ownership of Uploaded Content

You retain ownership of all documents, files, and data you upload.

By using the Service, you grant AccuRaik a limited, non-exclusive, temporary license to process uploaded content solely for the purpose of providing the requested services.

We do not claim ownership of your uploaded documents or extracted data.

7. Data Processing

Users remain responsible for ensuring they have the legal authority to upload and process any document through the Service.

AccuRaik acts solely as a technology provider processing information according to user instructions.

8. AI-Generated Output

AccuRaik uses automated technologies, including artificial intelligence and machine learning systems.

Users acknowledge that:

  • Outputs may contain inaccuracies
  • Extraction results should be reviewed before use
  • AI-generated outputs are provided for assistance purposes only
  • Users remain responsible for verifying all accounting and financial information

9. No Professional Advice

AccuRaik is a software platform.

Nothing provided through the Service constitutes:

  • Accounting advice
  • Tax advice
  • Financial advice
  • Legal advice
  • Audit services

Users should consult qualified professionals before making business, accounting, tax, or compliance decisions.

10. Fees and Payments

Where applicable:

  • Subscription fees are charged according to the selected plan
  • Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or stated in a separate refund policy
  • We may modify pricing for future billing periods with reasonable notice

11. Intellectual Property

The Service, including software, branding, logos, designs, algorithms, documentation, and platform content, is owned by AccuRaik and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

No ownership rights are transferred to users.

12. Service Availability

We strive to maintain reliable service availability.

However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and may suspend, modify, or discontinue portions of the Service for maintenance, upgrades, security measures, or operational reasons.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
  • We make no warranties regarding accuracy, reliability, or uninterrupted operation.
  • AccuRaik shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you to AccuRaik during the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

14. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless AccuRaik, its founders, employees, affiliates, and partners from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from:

  • Your use of the Service
  • Your uploaded content
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of applicable laws

15. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Users may discontinue use of the Service at any time.

Termination does not affect obligations that reasonably survive termination.

16. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of India.

Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.

17. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically.

Continued use of the Service after updates become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
